In 2022 he led the "100 Sonrisas Rotaplast" mission together with the Medellín Poblado Rotary Club, the Colombian Air Force and the Army's Seventh Division: 78 cleft lip and cleft palate surgeries for children in Antioquia. The Government of Antioquia recognized his participation.
